As required by PEC's Bylaws, each year the Cooperative holds a meeting of the members on the third Saturday of June. The event takes place at the PEC Training Center in Johnson City unless the Board of Directors designates a different location.

At the annual membership meeting, co-op members receive reports from PEC staff regarding the Cooperative's activities during the past year. The meeting also brings the annual Board election to a close. While members have the option of voting online or through the mail prior to the meeting, they also can cast their ballots at the meeting.
