You can use the system to report information that may relate to the interruption. The HVCA system is tied to landline phone numbers, so it is important that we have the current phone number for the location experiencing the interruption, rather than a cellular phone number. Telephone representatives are available 24 hours a day, so call us if your phone number has changed.
