PEC offers several options to make managing your account as simple as possible.
Pay online or on the go with SmartHub
SmartHub makes it easy to pay your bill. You can pay your entire balance due, make a partial payment or pay a specific amount, for one account or several. You can use a stored payment method or add additional ones to use once or save for future use.
You can make payments from your computer through the online portal or from your smartphone or tablet using the SmartHub mobile app. You can also set up recurring automatic payments from a bank account or credit card so your bill is paid in full each month.

Pay by phone 24/7
Our secure, automated phone system is perfect for quick and easy payments anytime, any day of the week. Just call (844) 886-9798 and follow the prompts.

Visit an office
You can make a payment at any PEC office location that’s convenient for you.
Payment kiosks now available
New drive-through payment kiosks have been installed at PEC's Cedar Park and Dripping Springs offices. You can use them to make quick, instant payments 24/7 by cash, e-check or credit card.
Take control of your electric bill with PEC’s Fixed Payment Plan or Average Payment Plan. Both are available to residential, farm/ranch and water well members who are current on their accounts and have at least 12 months of billing history at the same location. You may enroll anytime, and payments under either plan begin with the first bill rendered after enrollment.
- Fixed Payment Plan
Under the Fixed Payment Plan, you’ll pay a fixed amount each month based on the average electric use at your location during the 12 months before the plan starts. PEC will also review your account periodically to determine if the plan should be reset to help prevent an excessive annual correction.
- Average Payment Plan
On the Average Payment Plan, the payment is calculated from the rolling 12-month use average at your location. Unlike the Fixed Payment Plan, bills will not be the same amount every month.
