Service Requests PEC service requests

PEC members can request a variety of services online. Following are tips to help you get started.

On-Site Services

PEC offers tree trimming to prevent interference with Co-op equipment, home energy audits and street light repair services to members. To request on-site services, log in to SmartHub and select "Contact Us" from the main navigation menu.

Once on the Contact Us screen, you'll find a menu of reasons you can select for your contact request, including "Energy Audit," "Tree Trimming" and "Light Repair." Select the reason, type any detail you can provide in the comments field and click "Send." You'll be contacted to arrange the best time and day for your on-site service.

Not registered to use SmartHub? It's quick, easy and free to sign up for the web portal or mobile app, or you can request on-site services by calling a member services agent at 1-888-554-4732. Contact center hours are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Disconnect ServiceRequest Disconnect Service

To have electric service disconnected in your name at a metered location, please call us at 1-888-554-4732 between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Scheduled service disconnections are completed Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., except on holidays.
